Terms of Service

Wildtable is operated by GREEN PARADISE PUBS LTD. These terms govern browsing, accounts, event enquiries, physical product orders and Wildtable Club memberships. By ordering, you confirm the information supplied is accurate and you can enter a contract.

We sell reusable outdoor tableware and hosting goods only. We do not sell, deliver or promote alcohol. We do not sell grills, charcoal, fuel, fire starters, open-flame candles or other combustion products.

Children under 13 may not use an account. People aged 13–17 require a parent or guardian’s consent and email. Purchases must be placed by an adult authorised to use the payment method and accept delivery duties.

Products, quantities and USD totals are shown before payment. An acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract forms when we send dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, fraud, destination, carrier or legal reasons and will refund any captured amount.

Images show the intended product faithfully, but natural wicker, bamboo and textile colour or grain may vary. Cart quantities are limited to reasonable consumer quantities unless an event order is agreed in writing.

All prices and checkout amounts are in USD. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Destination duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees may be payable by the recipient.

Payment is handled by Stripe or PayPal when offered. We do not receive the complete card number. Payment may be authorised at order and captured according to the checkout flow.

Food-contact material, temperature, microwave and dishwasher details reproduce supplier documents and item labels; we do not independently certify those claims. Follow the delivered label if it differs from general website guidance.

Insulation slows temperature change but does not guarantee safe food temperatures. Keep perishable food appropriately chilled and follow official guidance. Hot flask contents may scald; children must not use a hot-filled flask alone. Small seals, clips and fittings are choking hazards for children under 3. Inspect items and discontinue use if cracked, split or damaged.

Table Club is $14 monthly or $134 yearly. Table Studio is $47 monthly or $451 yearly. Benefits apply while active and do not create points, stored funds, credits or rollover value.

You may cancel for the end of the current paid period through the billing portal or support. Table Studio includes one seasonal physical table item each quarter; selection may vary within the stated low-risk category. A quarterly item already dispatched is not reversed by cancellation.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the stated address. The Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect business loss, misuse contrary to warnings, third-party outdoor equipment, unsafe food handling or events outside reasonable control.

Outdoor use remains subject to weather, terrain, venue rules and applicable law. Our flame-free boundary does not approve or supervise equipment obtained elsewhere.

We may update products, membership benefits and these terms prospectively. Material membership changes are communicated in advance where required. The version accepted at order remains available through your receipt and consumer law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers may retain mandatory rights and may bring proceedings where applicable law permits. Contact support first so we can attempt a fair resolution.
