Return Policy

You may notify us of an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Active Table Club and Table Studio members have 60 days. Mandatory cancellation or consumer rights that provide a longer period remain unaffected.

Items must be unused, clean, complete and returned with instructions, accessories, seals and original protective packaging. Handle natural wicker and bamboo only as needed to inspect them. A complete bundle must include every component unless support authorises a partial remedy.

Used food-contact goods cannot be returned for a change of mind because they cannot be safely resold. This includes plates, bowls, tumblers, bottles, flasks, containers, cutlery, boards and serving utensils once used with food or drink.

This hygiene limit does not remove rights for faulty, misdescribed or unsafe goods. Contact us with photographs and stop using a product you believe is defective.

• Washed or used textiles unless faulty.
• Items damaged by direct heat, flame, dishwasher or microwave use contrary to the label.
• Ice packs that have leaked due to puncture or misuse.
• Event-order goods made or packaged to an agreed custom specification, where law permits.
• A Table Studio quarterly physical item already dispatched solely because the subscription is later cancelled.

Contact support with the order email, item, reason and photographs where relevant. We will provide a return reference and destination. Do not send a parcel without instructions, and do not include perishable food, liquids or ice.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for trackable return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. We cover reasonable return costs for verified faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods. Pack wicker, bamboo and table edges to prevent transit damage.

We inspect returned goods normally within 5 business days of receipt. We then confirm refund, replacement, missing component or any lawful deduction for handling beyond normal inspection. Refund timing is covered by the Refund Policy.
